Because we are committed to serving our community, we did our best to make this information easy to understand. Who We Are

Faith Ventures is committed to providing a simple way to book, manage and insure your ministry trip. It was created through an alliance between Fly For Good (a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based travel services company) and Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company (a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based company). These two companies, together with their individual subsidiaries, are identified as Affiliated Companies in this Privacy Policy. It is important for you to understand that this Privacy Policy applies to Faith Ventures and Affiliated Companies.

Why We Collect Information

To provide services for your ministry trip, we need to collect information that can be used to identify who you are, including financial information. Some laws refer to this information as personally identifiable information or PII (we will refer to it as Personal Information in this Privacy Policy). We also collect computer generated information from you, even though the information is not visible to you as you visit our Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and share information about you.

How We Collect Personal Information

The public areas of this Site are generally accessible by all users (Users). Portions of the Site, however, are only accessible to registered users who sign up to Manage Trips, login as a Faith Ventures cardholder (Cardholder) or otherwise access the Site through the use of a user login (Registered User). Personal Information can be collected as part of the registration process for Registered Users and through forms necessary to obtain quotes or to purchase products and services offered at this Site (Online Services). Personal Information can also be collected when you fill out the Contact form or when you email us. By visiting this Site, becoming a Registered User, or providing Personal Information while using Online Services, the Contact form or emailing us, you consent to our collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide:

If you choose to access the Site, order products, services or become a Registered User, you may be required to provide certain information, including Personal Information such as: your name, email address, credit or debit card information and other information needed to provide services to you through this Site. We may also obtain information about your transactions with us and/or Affiliated Companies, including requesting a credit report or other information for payment purposes or to comply with applicable legal requirements.

This information is collected so that we can analyze the use of our Site to improve our services and your experience. If you send email messages to us or Affiliated Companies, you are advised that such messages may be accessed by others using the Internet. Confidential information should not be conveyed via email.

We collect and keep information, including Personal Information, in order for us or Affiliated Companies to provide business related products and services to you (including Online Services), which may include complying with legal requirements.

We are committed to keeping the Personal Information we collect private, confidential and secure. We maintain reasonable security standards to protect your Personal Information. Information collected through the secure portion this Site is encrypted for your protection. We update and test our systems regularly to ensure the protection and integrity of information that we maintain. The primary purpose for contacting you will be as follow up to the Online Services you access while visiting our Site. By providing your contact information, which may include an email address or telephone number, you are creating a business relationship with us and by doing this you agree to be contacted by us for any reason related to the Site. You may also be contacted by us (including Affiliated Companies) to provide information and offers, wholly unrelated to this Site or Online Services, that may be of interest to you (Marketing Communications). We may share Personal Information with third parties so that you will be informed of other products or services that might be of interest to you because you visited this Site, even though the other products or services have no relationship with this Site, Faith Ventures or Affiliated Companies.

We and our Affiliated Companies use third party service providers to help us operate our businesses and administer activities on our behalf. We may share Personal Information with these third parties for those limited purposes.

Legal Requirements:

Where permitted or required by law, we may need to provide Personal Information to third parties, regulatory agencies, law enforcement or others, without your consent to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or other legal requirements.

Arch Insurance Company:

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company (Brotherhood Mutual) and Fly For Good:

entered into an alliance in order to provide the Faith Ventures travel card for ministry travelers. Brotherhood Mutual markets this travel card through its subsidiary, Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Services. Independent Sales Agents:

Sales agents representing Faith Ventures are independent, and your Independent Sales Agent may gather and retain Personal Information, including customer information, financial information, and/or medical information about you. The use and protection of that information by your Independent Sales Agent is the responsibility of the sales agent. We have no control over Independent Sales Agents or their privacy practices. If you have questions about whether or how your Independent Sales Agent uses or discloses such information, please contact him or her directly.

Your Rights

You have the right to examine the Personal Information we have stored about you and ask us to correct any errors. We will provide this information to you within a reasonable period of time.

Non-U.S. Residents:

You may also ask us to provide information about how Personal Information is stored. Individuals who reside outside the United States are not to receive Marketing Communications from us, Affiliated Companies or third parties without an express opt-in signifying your consent to receive Marketing Communications.

California Residents:

California Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the business’ practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Alternately, such businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing. We have such a policy in place.
