Who We Are

Faith Ventures is committed to providing a simple way to book, manage and insure your ministry trip. It was created through an alliance between Fly For Good (a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based travel services company) and Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company (a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based company). These two companies, together with their individual subsidiaries, are identified as Affiliated Companies in this Privacy Policy. It is important for you to understand that this Privacy Policy applies to Faith Ventures and Affiliated Companies.

Why We Collect Information

To provide services for your ministry trip, we need to collect information that can be used to identify who you are, including financial information. Some laws refer to this information as personally identifiable information or PII (we will refer to it as Personal Information in this Privacy Policy). We also collect computer generated information from you, even though the information is not visible to you as you visit our Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and share information about you.

How We Collect Personal Information

The public areas of this Site are generally accessible by all users (Users). Portions of the Site, however, are only accessible to registered users who sign up to Manage Trips, login as a Faith Ventures cardholder (Cardholder) or otherwise access the Site through the use of a user login (Registered User). Personal Information can be collected as part of the registration process for Registered Users and through forms necessary to obtain quotes or to purchase products and services offered at this Site (Online Services). Personal Information can also be collected when you fill out the Contact form or when you email us. By visiting this Site, becoming a Registered User, or providing Personal Information while using Online Services, the Contact form or emailing us, you consent to our collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

If you choose to access the Site, order products, services or become a Registered User, you may be required to provide certain information, including Personal Information such as: your name, email address, credit or debit card information and other information needed to provide services to you through this Site. Arch Insurance Company:

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company (Brotherhood Mutual) and Fly For Good:

entered into an alliance in order to provide the Faith Ventures travel card for ministry travelers. Brotherhood Mutual markets this travel card through its subsidiary, Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Services. Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company has its own privacy policy available here: Brotherhood Mutual Privacy Policy. Independent Sales Agents:

Sales agents representing Faith Ventures are independent, and your Independent Sales Agent may gather and retain Personal Information, including customer information, financial information, and/or medical information about you. The use and protection of that information by your Independent Sales Agent is the responsibility of the sales agent. We have no control over Independent Sales Agents or their privacy practices. If you have questions about whether or how your Independent Sales Agent uses or discloses such information, please contact him or her directly.

Your Rights
