Group Order Portal

If you need to purchase travel insurance plans for multiple travelers, take advantage of our group ordering options. Our online group order tool allows trip leaders to easily purchase insurance plans for all group members at once.

Benefits of the Group Tool

Organizations can place and manage orders for multiple groups, pay by credit card or check, and have cards directly emailed and/or mailed to the organization or trip leader for distribution and safe-keeping.

If you've placed a group order with us before, log in under Existing Group Members. If you're a new group, please complete the New Group Registration. Please note: You must purchase travel insurance at least 24 hours prior to departure.

TRAVEL NOTICE: We are aware of the unrest occurring in Haiti and are continuing to closely monitor the situation. Those that choose to travel to Haiti at this time will not have coverage for the political or security evacuation benefit due to the current unrest. Per the policy language, an evacuation must occur within 7 days of any political or security event and we are now beyond that 7 day mark. All other benefits will still be available while traveling.
