What the Ministry is All About

Men for Missions is a dynamic movement born of God’s Spirit in the hearts of laymen. Through Men for Missions, men and their families find a channel for harnessing and releasing personal skills and abilities in practical, direct missionary involvement. By participation in overseas witness and work teams, they catch new zeal for soul winning at home, as well as abroad.

What People Should Know

With more than 60 years of experience, we believe that we have a unique blend of ministry opportunities that offer our travelers the best of both worlds as they interact with our missionaries and partners. Participation in Men for Missions is open to any man willing to affirm:

• I will do whatever God asks me to do
• I will go wherever God asks me to go
• I will give whatever God asks me to give

Men for Missions members help missionaries by realizing their personal skills and abilities in a variety of practical, direct ways, including work teams, medical and disaster relief teams, evangelism teams, intercessory prayer teams and teams of professionals who are prepared to teach. Their mandate is compassion, their priority is establishing the Lordship of Jesus Christ in each man’s life, and their goal is to provide opportunities for personal obedience to the Great Commission.

How God is at Work

God continues to send more and more people through MFM each year. The most incredible thing is that many people come home and ask how they can be further involved in the Great Commission. MFM continues to get inquiries about longer-term service from people who have gone on their short-term trips. Individuals are having “life-changing” experiences as they go to the field and encounter God in various ways.

How to Get Involved

There are a variety of opportunities available to serve the Lord through involvement with Men for Missions. You can join a short-term mission trip and travel to Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom, South America and beyond. There are also many opportunities to fund projects and mission opportunities.
