If you purchased a Basic, Plus, or Premium Plan, then you will want to follow the instructions to file a claim with Arch Insurance.

Arch Claims

Who is the underwriter of my Plan?

Basic, Plus and Premium: Arch Insurance

What is my Policy/Reservation/Booking number? And Who did I purchase from? (Basic, Plus, or Premium plan)

Your policy number is the number that is located on the front of your insurance card. It will start with an ‘F’ followed by 12-digits. (Include a screenshot of an ecard highlighting the policy number) In the “Purchased From” field, you will put ‘Faith Ventures’.

If I was traveling with someone, will they also need to fill out their own claim form?

No! You can just fill out one claim form, and you have the option to add “travel companions” to your claim form.

When do I upload documentation?

You will have the opportunity to upload documentation to your claim after the form is submitted. So, submit your claim, then stay in that web browser to be prompted to upload supporting documentation on your claim.

Can I submit more documentation after I submit my claim?

Yes! You can submit additional documentation by logging in on Arch’s portal to submit!

How can I check on the status of my claim?

You can check on the status of your claim by visiting Arch’s portal. You will need to enter your claim number that was emailed to you at submission.
