After paying a deposit on your group flights, your mission trip team will have time to fundraise the remaining balance before it’s even due. Payment in full is only due 45 days prior to the departure date.
3. Get Premium Group Booking Service
Our travel agents have Premium Group Desk Status with the airlines. That means you will get faster responses and better service.
4. Don’t Hold Airline Seats While Searching
When you hold space with multiple travel agencies or airlines, you hurt your own chances for getting the best group airfare rate. Airlines won’t give a quote on duplicate space.
5. Airfare Groups Have 10 or More People
