Filing a Claim

We know if you have to file a claim, you have probably already experienced a frustrating situation. We are here to try and make your claims process as painless as possible!


The first thing you will want to do is report your claim here. You can also give us a call at 855-231-5237 or email us at


Within 24 hours after your claim is reported, we will email you with instructions about how to file a claim with the underwriter of your plan. All claims require you to gather and submit certain documentation. Make sure to read the instructions and list of documentation carefully as to not miss an important piece of information.


After you have submitted your claim form and documentation to the underwriter for review, it’s a bit of a waiting game. Our underwriters do their best to process your claims as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 30 business days for your claim to be finalized.
